No Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of chocolates and food products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • A product significantly different from what was ordered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate the issue, please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Product Photos
  • Package Photos

After verification, we may provide a replacement or other suitable resolution at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
